If you are a small business with less than 20 employees you may be spending valuable time each quarter completing superannuation contribution forms for each of your employees, particularly if each employee has a different fund.

The Treasury Department has launched the Stronger Super website which will provide details of the government's response to superannuation recommendations as per the Cooper Review. 

Concessional contributions for over 50's is capped at $ 50,000 where there are accumulated balances at June 30 preceding the year of contribution is less than $500,000. In other circumstances the contribution is capped at $25,000.
